The historic granaries have been preserved and restored as part of the project, paying tribute to the rich past of this unique location.
Granaria has been designed as a compact and functional urban development, combining residential, commercial, and recreational functions. Its layout encourages pedestrian movement and supports the activation of public spaces, creating a vibrant and welcoming urban environment.
Deweloper
Deweloper z Gdańska. Buduje mieszkania, apartamenty, domy, condohotele oraz lokale handlowe. Posiada ugruntowaną pozycję w Polsce Północnej. Dotychczas koncentrował się głównie na rynku pomorskim, realizując projekty deweloperskie m.in. w Gdańsku, Gdyni, Tczewie oraz Juracie. Aspiruje jednak do stania się wiodącym deweloperem w skali ogólnopolskiej – obecnie prowadzi ekspansję działalności deweloperskiej w Warszawie i we Wrocławiu.
